Let's consider a scenario in SAP SuccessFactors where an Author wants to display a Callout only when the user is viewing the My Job Roles section. To achieve this, follow these steps:
Start by creating a Callout as usual (Figure 1).
While creating the Callout, an important step is to also ensure that in the Hotspot placement settings, the option Wait for Callout target is set to Target-Object appears randomly (Figure 2)
Once the Callout is created, proceed to set up an Activator by right-clicking on the Hotspot, navigating to Activators (Figure 3).
Place the Activator on the element that shows up only when the user has selected My Job Roles tab, ensuring that the Callout will appear only when this specific condition is satisfied (Figure 4).
